about flourish health & wellness

The definition of flourish is: "to grow or develop in a healthy or vigorous way, especially as the result of a particularly nourishing environment." I'm passionate about self-care and supporting my clients in developing self-efficacy. It's an honor for me to partner with you in creating a nourishing environment that contributes to your wellness.

Don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.  ~ Howard Thurman

Marcella Simon, MA, NBCR, LMP, RYT

I believe in our potential to be great; to heal, to forgive, to contribute and to love unreservedly. In my life, and with my clients, I'm committed to compassionate listening, clear communication and harvesting our collective, inspired wisdom. I support deep self-acceptance and self-responsibility as a way to thrive.

A 20 year practice of meditation led me to understand the effectiveness of using energy and consciousness for healing. A contemplative, spiritual practice and the study of human development, education, behavioral change psychology, non-violent communication and restorative circles all play a part in how I show up as a coach. Yoga and bodywork have helped me to connect to the innate wisdom we each embody. Change is not easy and sometimes it takes a village of support to overcome our own obstacles. I honor the many teachers, coaches and healers who have partnered with me in navigating the sometimes turbulent waters of my own life and allowed me the space to emerge with a clear mind and a peaceful heart. If you feel called to work together, I would love to hear your story and witness your transformation.
