There will be times in our life when everything seems to flow easily, and other times when we feel stuck or lost. That feeling of disconnection in one (or many) areas of our life, can linger for weeks, months, or even years.

Health coaching offers the chance to reconnect with yourself, identify your priorities, and understand the importance of self-care. Collaborating with a coach gives you time to focus on what you want, look forward, and design a plan to get there.

Engaging in constant comparisons, competition, and unrealistic expectations can lead to unnecessary stress. As human beings, we respond more positively to a gentle invitation to change.

Self-care and interconnectedness are celebrated and respected throughout the process.  

You decide what you want to focus on and I'll align my vision with yours. By nurturing mindfulness and unconditional, positive self-regard, you can develop a stronger belief in yourself. This enables you to feel inspired to explore new options and make progress in your health and wellness.

where to start

If we haven't worked together before, you can begin with a free 30-minute discovery session. For new clients, the initial session is a full hour to get started. Follow-up sessions are 50 minutes each and can be purchased individually or in 4-session packages at a 10% discount.
